In 1993, twenty years old on a Harley, I dedicated my life to teaching. Today, I'm honored to be called professor, coach, mentor, and advisor to brilliant medical innovators.

From classrooms to board rooms, high-schoolers to executives, my message has been consistent.

Be true to yourself and live your dreams.

It’s not about playing out life to please others. It’s about living your own authenticity and ambition.

That’s Authbition.

A new podcast movement built on decades of practice. It’s been a journey. Join me.

Who am I?

I’m a writer and mentor working at the intersection of personal narrative, creative coaching, medical innovation, and whole-mind thinking. My education journey spans physics, English, secondary education, and design, along with a Ph.D. focused on biomedical engineering. I advise early-stage inventors through NIH and DARPA initiatives and build projects where storytelling meets human potential.

Away from work, I enjoy concerts, yoga, long bicycle rides, Airstream travel, and unhurried meals with loved ones.

Thank you for reading, listening, watching, and joining me on this journey.

Health, happiness, kindness, respect for every being and all things.
